The Truman Show is a Third Degree Simulation; Truman's world is simulated inside a TV studio, while he is initially unaware of this.

All people except Truman are actors, and aware that Truman's world is not real. Considering that Truman himself is the only real person in the simulation, The Truman Show can in some sense be considered a form of Solipsism.

The movie is not only very amusing, it also provokes thought in matters such as the ethical and moral dilemma's involved.

The following movie is not a trailer but a kind of summary of the whole movie. Don't watch it if you haven't seen the movie yet, or you'll spoil the fun.
