Sim City is one of the first, and most popular, simulation games.

There have been several editions over the years. The game play has remained the same: build a thriving city. What has changed over the years was the level of detail, both graphically and realism of the simulation.

Sim City features a basic economic model that simulates most of what happens in a city.
